General Surgery
General Surgery is the base specialty of all Surgery, from which the various surgical specialties are derived. This specialty is dedicated to the surgical treatment of diseases of various organs and systems, including the digestive system, endocrine glands and abdominal wall. For this, it uses classical or minimally invasive techniques (Laparoscopy).
General Surgery collaborates in the treatment of pathologies from other medical and surgical specialties, integrating multidisciplinary teams.
In our clinics it is possible to carry out minor surgeries and/or other treatments.
In Hospitals with Permanent Care, the General Surgery team can perform emergency surgeries.
